Very enjoyable stay despite the storm. Realty company was very accommodating to let us stay 2 extra nights. Dogs enjoyed the yard and fenced in deck. We loved the house!

Would have done 5 but we arrived and AC did not work. Someone showed up the next morning so it was obviously a none problem, we did not call it in.

A few things that were not repaired were the entrance storm door, kitchen stove bottom drawer, the kitchen island drawer. You have to carry the trash to the dump, no cans. No marker at driveway entrance for the residence. I used the the white picket fence and turn left at the sea-horse on that fence. After dark this could be a problem upon first time arrival. Spacious though it was. Rest of house was pretty comfortable. See ya in the fall!

The home was not as wonderful as the pictures listed online. The deck had sevarl loose boards and exposted rusty nails. The main hall bathroom had a piece of wood screwedd to the floor in front of the shower, the handle to turn on the shower came apart. The half bath and laundry area smelled musty. Tuesday night roches were seen so we called Wednesday morning for assistance. I appriciate the quick response of the rental agency staff to have the outside and inside of the home sprayed. A few dead ones were seen Thursday morning so we were hopeful that we would not see any more. Thursday night however 2 very large roches were seen in the third bedroom and 2 more in the main hall bathroom. We decided to cut our stay short and leave Friday morning.

Summer Vacation

For the price and location this place is great. We were able to bring our medium size dog and walked to almost everything we needed to. The house is a little worn down, a missing tile on the floor or doors not completely able to shut but can be easily over looked because of location and accommodations. The house is big with three different bedrooms and a big open floor plan, we could host family dinners if we needed. We have already booked for next year.
