Susan's Island Villa at Lighthouse Villas is conveniently located in the center of Ocracoke Village. This one-bedroom end Villa has easy first-floor access to unload all your vacation items quickly. It is located within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and entertainment in Ocracoke Village. Relax on one of the two decks and watch the sunset.

This two-story Villa features a sizeable second-floor Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed, flat-screen TV, and private deck. The Primary Bathroom features both a whirlpool tub and a separate shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and two large flat-screen cable TVs. Stack Washer/Dryer.

Pet Friendly.

No Smoking/Vaping. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Our stay at lighthouse villas was perfect. (Cr42). Very clean when we arrived, and the housekeeper even helped us to get back in our unit, when we had a bit of trouble with the door lock (operator error ) lol. This was our 30th anniversary and our 30th year vacation to Ocracoke! This was our 3rd stay in different units at the lighthouse villas, and we have been comfortable and pleased with each one. Also, a shout out to Ocracoke Island Reality agent Doreen… who is always so helpful in helping us to find the perfect fit for our trip! Villa number 12 was just perfect for me and my two dogs. Extremely comfortable and the bed was also comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Was able to enjoy natural light with all the windows and doors. This is my 32nd Time to Ocracoke this is one of my favorite places that I’ve stayed. See you again next year. Leanne Thompson

The Island Villa CR42 was nice and clean, be aware there are 14 steps to the staircase that takes you to the only bathroom and bedroom !! There were no sheet pans to cook with but we used the broiler pan. Also no wine opener but plenty of wine glasses ! The couch is very low and soft ( it is a sleeper sofa ). I am somewhat handicapped and I had to put pillows under me to give height to help me get out of it . We really enjoyed the upstairs and downstairs decks , we watched the fireworks from the upper deck !! Thanks for a Wonderful Vacation!!
