This very spacious two-story Ocracoke vacation home is ideal for the family desiring plenty of room. Located on Lighthouse Road, guests will enjoy a short stroll to the Ocracoke Lighthouse, a walk or bike ride to Springer's Point Nature Preserve, and Silver Lake Harbor. Sunsational offers a 12 x 24 saltwater pool! A bonus is a game room with an air hockey table and an indoor basketball hoop.

4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 3 with King, 1 with two Pyramid Beds (Queen on both top and bottom).

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Six flat-screen satellite TVs. Soaking tub. Washer/dryer. Kitchen amenities include a second full-size refrigerator and a Keurig and standard coffee maker.

Sheets and towels provided. Beds made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.

The exterior offers an unheated saltwater pool, large covered deck, screened porch, picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench, and covered parking.

Always a pleasant stay using OIR for our vacations. House was clean and tidy. There was some damage left by previous vacationeers but was weren’t bothered. Getting in was easy & text notifications are a wonderful way to communicate. Thank you. We will be back in the spring and fall next year.

House was very clean. And spacious -Beds were very comfortable - loved the outdoor lower level and screen porch -kitchen is well stocked - a great place!!! only con, kitchen chairs vinyl seating really need to be recovered

The house was lovely and well equipped. Very easy to book, check in and check out. Would definitely recommend. We have been renting from you guys for years and my brother always books the rental. Everything was great. Property is well kept and the pool with private deck were perfect! This was our favorite property so far. Plenty of room. Loved having two refrigerators. Game room was a hit.

We have 4 birthdays this week, not the week we got this year. Next year we need July 20th 2025. If the tenants renew for next year please ask if they will trade. We only had a few hours with one grandson the night before we left, none of the birthdays or the bonfire.

The house is amazing! Our only complaint was the wifi. We had one guest trying to work and we couldn’t get a constant signal. Had to reset repeatedly. Everything else was great. Very dog friendly, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels! It is a great house for multiple couples to have their own space!

Loved the home and great having a pool. The house was very clean!! The two refrigerators were a bonus! Bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Only cons, there were popped nails on the steps, which were dangerous and the TV wires were detrimental to the children’s safety.

The location is great and the pool was nice, though unheated. We had a few warm days to be able to use it. It would have been nice to have a little vacuum available to help keep up with our dogs hair throughout the week. There was a broom but that just flicks hair around.
