3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 bedroom with King bed, 1 with Queen bed and 1 with two Twin beds.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet, and satellite TV. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers ample areas for outdoor relaxation, including a screened porch and great yard space. Enjoy the hot/cold outdoor shower and a picnic table.

Evening Shade offers one off-site Boat Slip with a fish bench on Silver Lake Harbor, a kayak access path, and parking for one vehicle. If you would like to utilize the boat dock, please note when making your reservation in the special request section. Dock will accommodate boats up to 20-25' with water depth of approximately three feet.

The area was quiet and secluded and the driveway had new gravel which prevented puddles from forming as easily. Loved being within walking distance from Springers Point. The deck/outdoor shower were new and the water was nice and hot. The AC was nice and cool. The only real con was that the bathrooms didn't have ventilation fans. Overall, a nice little house, but nothing super special about it. The house felt pretty expensive for what was provided.

Evening Shade was wonderful again this year! Still bummed about linens/towel availability (and additional cost honestly), but this year we just packed our linen and towel sets in a large Tupperware and it worked great. Kitchen was well-stocked. Location is wonderful - we really enjoy Springers Point and Lighthouse proximity. It would be awesome if the property could add an outdoor grilling option! <3. We hope to return next year!

We truly enjoyed Evening Shade. The house was clean and comfortable. The only complaints would be that the dryer does not dry well and there is a small hole in the screen on the porch, so we had to battle bugs at night. But still a great value and great stay!

The house was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was nice. We often had 7 people over for dinner (we traveled with others who stayed elsewhere) but had plenty of room for everyone. The location was convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

My Brother fail twice coming down from upper rooms. You really need hand rails on those stairs. The floor and stairs are the same color so I placed a black mat at the bottom so the bottom step didn't blend in with the floor also. This could leave you and the owner in legal trouble if someone gets hurt. Also the parking area is hard to navigate with full size vehicles trying to turn around. I would move the post back on the swamp side for more room. Other wise the house is Good and clean and very well stock.
