Overall our stay was pretty good. Nice weather helped out though. Commode needs to be upgraded as it has the smaller seat and low to the floor.

Our unit - Rosemary Cottage was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The unit needs to be identified better as even OIR didn’t give us the correct location (they said 4 doors to the right and I walked in on someone). This isn’t the owners’ fault but the back side of the condo looks like low income housing-wet towels draped over the railings, loose railings, weeds growing up along the stairs. I was thankful that the unit itself was so nice.

The place was very clean, with everything to get you started except laundry detergent.
They ask you to sweep, clean everything back up the way it was found. (Very reasonable) and to put all the dirty linens in a pile before you leave. I did more than they required. . But I have to admit, with 90% of the work being done for free, I don’t understand why check in isn’t until 5pm, not one minute sooner. They tell you, if your room is ready sooner that you’ll get a text, my husband and I actually arrived a day early & stayed at the campground for a night, very enjoyable. We stopped by the realtor office to ask for a fire permit & to let them know we’d arrived. We waited at the condo parking lot for 3 hours no one in or out. Still didn’t get our text until 5:01pm. It would’ve been different had a housekeeper @ least been at the building cleaning any of the rooms. But I felt lied to. Otherwise, everyone was super nice, clean place would stay again.

Hi Amanda, I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with your check in experience. Our housekeeping staff has well over 100 properties to clean between 10:00am and 5:00pm. While we do our best to get our guests in earlier than the 5:00pm check in, inevitably some of the properties aren't ready until right at 5:00pm. We appreciate you doing more than is required upon checkout and wish that were the case with all of our guests! Although our check out instructions ask you to leave the property "as you found it", we don't expect our guests to actually clean anything other than dishes and taking out the trash. We hope you'll come back to stay and have a better experience next time.

We loved the condo. The TV kept messing up with a lot of static every evening when we came in off the beach. There were dogs barking all night next door on both sides of us. We were told no dogs could stay there. One woke us up around 4am 2 mornings.

Very clean, great amenities including towels, linens, cookware, spices. Loved having washer/dryer. Best location in center of town and could walk everywhere. Very quiet area but a block off main drag. Owners and management very responsive. Would definitely rent again. Also was surprised at the low rental rate. Great experience.
