Down Creek unit D103 is the third unit off the Harbor and offers beautiful sunsets from the furnished screened porch.

This Ocracoke Island condo offers two bedrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, and Sleeper Sofa in the Den. One full bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double sinks. A half bath is located on the second level.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, four cable TVs (living area, bonus room, and in all bedrooms). Kitchen features include granite counters. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Screened porch. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning bench.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Parking Available for One Vehicle.

No Boat Dockage Offered with this Condo.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

I didn't actually get to stay at this property - we had to postpone our stay and this property wasn't available - but the host was kind and responsive. For what it's worth, the outside looked just like the pictures and it is indeed right on the harbor. Maybe next year.

FIRST STAY EVER AT OI. HOW FORTUNATE TO SELECT THIS SPOT AS I WENT STRAIGHT FROM THE ABNB LISTIING. AN AMAZING STAY. PICTUREQUE HARBOR VIEWS, AS WELL AS SUNSET (FROM UNIT OR DOCK AREA). CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. OI WILL BECOME OUR FABORITE VACATION SPOT IN THE FURTURE AS IT'S ONLY 5.5 HOURS INCLUDING TYHE FERRY RIDE FROM THE TRIANGLE. Lovely, comfortable, well equipped condo

Very satisfied with the 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with sleeper in the den. We enjoyed our family’s stay very much. The furniture is very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, tv with lots of channels and water views from both sides. Loved the beautiful decor in every room and the fact it was spotlessly clean.

Very nice stay. Love this location in the village!!! Very nice stay. Love the location. I have rented the same place for three summers. It would be nice if the outside fan on the porch could be replaced. The tv in the living room could be updated too. I would still give a 5 star because of the location! Love the kitchen and the pottery from the gallery downstairs.

Our new beach!

We had the most amazing 7 days in Ocracoke and plan on returning soon! Loved driving our golf cart around the town, but really loved driving on the beach! Everywhere we ate was awesome too! The only thing I did not like were the 2 flights of stairs we had to climb to get in our condo; I had no idea! Next time we rent, I'll do more research on our place to stay.

DC 103 was a wonderful space! So beautiful! The wood work and decor were stunning, very comfortable beds, up to date/good quality furniture and couches, great views, and a big bathroom! Lots of closet space, too. And a great washer/dryer! I loved the “surf board room”! My only suggestions would be a vacuum, (we were sweeping a lot with an old broom), and a rug at the entrance.
