This luxurious condo consists of two bedrooms, Both bedrooms have a King sized bed and they share a full bath that features a whirlpool tub, separate tiled shower and dual vanities. The reverse floor plan situates the open-concept great room on the top level, which boasts vaulted ceilings and original wood paneling for warmth and character. It leads out to a screened porch where you can relax at the bar table with a cocktail while watching the ferry departures. When you're not trying out one of the nearby restaurants, get dinner started at home in the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. Guests can bring their boat and use dock slip #6 (42' long x 14' wide). Shared exterior amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, grilling area and fish cleaning station.
