This cottage is perfect for small families or friends. Enjoy the uniqueness of two separate cottage wings joined by a large screened porch. Each wing offers its living, dining, kitchen areas, bedrooms, and bathroom.

3 bedrooms and 2 Baths.

The front section of the cottage offers a large open living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and electric stove, one bedroom with a Queen bed and TV, and a Daybed in the alcove den. One full bath with shower. Guests will enjoy the front screened porch.

The rear section offers a smaller living area with Sleeper Sofa, kitchen with gas stove (no dishwasher), two bedrooms, each with a pyramid bed (double on bottom/twin on top). Full bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer.

Amenities include two kitchens, dishwasher (in front section), washer/dryer (rear section), two microwaves, complimentary wireless internet access, three cable TVs. 2 DVD players.

Central air conditioning/heat.

The exterior offers two screened porches, an open deck, a hot/cold outdoor shower, a picnic table, and a fish cleaning bench with water. Enclosed rear yard with four ft. fencing, perfect for the family pet.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Limit of 4 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

The front building is connected to the rear building by the large screened porch.

Rear Building: Open living area with Sleeper Sofa, TV, and eat-in kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a Pyramid Bed (double on bottom and twin on top). Entry door via living area and access to shared screened porch via one bedroom. Walk-thru bathroom with tub/shower and stackable washer/dryer.

The place was perfect and in a great location. It was clean and updated. The screen in porches were also very. We have 2 small dogs and the fenced yard worked out great.

I love staying at A Ferry Trail Ending! Great location and the design of Mr O'Neal's house is perfect for me and my 2 pups on one side while allowing me to share the other side with family and friends. Watching the stars and the sun rising gives better clues to the following weather surpassing that of any paid forecaster. The beds are so comfortable too! OIR has super people, especially Doreen! My only regret is I'd love one set of steps get replaced by ramps. Me and my aging pups managed fine this year though.

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Bathrooms were updated and clean, but could use a couple towel bars. The securely fenced yard was great for our dog with access from the decks making taking him out several times a day a breeze. Saving the best for last...The screened porches were great! Well-furnished and wonderful to relax on and eat breakfast or lunch or just read a book and nap. We will be back!

We love the floor plan of A Ferry Trail Ending and have already booked it for August 2025. I'll be bringing some extra dinner spoons as we could only find 4 between the 2 kitchens. Beds are very comfortable and WiFi signal is okay.

We had a fantastic time. The ferry trail ending is a wonderful place to stay. Our only dislike is black muck and standing water down below. It is a fight to keep curious pups out of that especially after all the rain. Other than that we love the house and working with the pleasant professional staff OIR. See ya next year
