This completely remodeled condo provides all of the modern amenities to ensure comfort and relaxation. Need to cool off? Just cross the street to get a cold drink at Smacnally's or lounge by the Anchorage pool.

Two bedrooms: 1 Primary with King, 1 with King, Twin Daybed and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the common area and twin daybed in the sleeping loft.

Amenities include central AC/Heat, Starlink premium internet, 3 Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, minifridge in the loft.

Sheets and Towels provide. Beds will be made for your arrival with the exception of sleeper sofa.

Entrance on the fourth floor of the Anchorage Inn can be reached by elevator. Stairs lead to main floor, the 5th of the building, with dining area, kitchen, and living room with Queen pull out sofa. Daybed in common area. Master bedroom with King and newly renovated ensuite bathroom with walk in tiled shower. Second Bedroom with King. Bathroom with newly renovated, tiled walk in shower.

Sleeping Loft: Twin Daybed, minifridge and captain's chairs.

A++ Outstanding pro communication from Ocracoke Realty staff! Bravo! The unit was just amazing and it exceeded our expectations. Cleaning was done well and everything in the unit worked as it should! If I had any helpful suggestion at all to make it would truly be minor and nitpicking. The elevator looks a little scary and it requires patience, as it responds very slowly (but it was effective, so no complaints here). The very very last step you take on the stairs (as you are exiting the actual unit staircase & stepping onto the grey concrete outside landing on the hotel’s 4th floor) is a doozy. It would benefit from orange or yellow safety tape or something just to warn you that that last step has more rise than the other steps. It would be very easy to misjudge that last step and take a tumble (we didn’t, but almost - lol) . Again, we could not be more pleased with our stay and we warmly thank you all for all that you each of you do to make that happen! It shows!!!

Captains Perch was great! Our key code didn't work at first but was remedied quickly. The view is amazing and the location is a quick walk or golf cart ride away. We loved the island for the beach, fishing, restaurants, brewery and ice cream. Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Captain’s Perch!! The condo was spacious with plenty of areas to relax. We loved hanging out “up in the perch” - the views were amazing!!! The location was convenient to a wide variety of things - food, shopping and kayaking. From a clerical standpoint, it would be helpful to include with the listing or address information given at check in that the parking spaces are shared with the Anchorage Inn. Also would be helpful to include the identification on the door is room 602, accessible from the fourth floor.
