This beautiful reverse living Ocracoke Island vacation home boasts some of the most spectacular unobstructed views of the distant ocean and marsh Ocracoke has to offer. Enjoy the large, comfortable, and airy second-floor living and dining area with an open kitchen, making this home perfect for family get-togethers. The well-stocked and fully-equipped kitchen will delight the vacationing chef. A first-floor den and a unique reading nook provide relaxing getaways. This comfortable and tastefully decorated home is sure to provide wonderful vacation memories.

Sea View offers lovely outdoor space, including two spacious and comfortable screened porches, a third-floor lookout deck, and a sun deck, all offering expansive views. Relax on the covered front porch. Start your day with breathtaking sunrises enhanced by the natural surroundings at Sea View cottage.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 2 Primary Suites each with Queen, 1 with Queen and Double, den area with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, cable TV service, and 4 TVs. Washer and dryer.

Exterior includes a hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and picnic table.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

First Floor: Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and TV. Bedroom with Queen and Double bed. Bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, TV and Primary Bath with shower stall. A reading nook and hallway laundry closet.

Our stay was amazing as usual! Our first time renting a house. It was perfect! Plenty of room for 7 of us. It had everything we needed abd the views were amazing. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and had fun playing games at night. Great location.

We have been coming to Ocracoke for 30 years. we have always used Ocracoke Island Realty. We love Sea View. Everything was great. One chair in the entrance room (front room) had a back leg that fell off when I sat in it - PLEASE make sure that gets fixed for the next renter.

We absolutely loved staying at Sea View. My only recommendation is to trim the shrubbery and tree limbs away from the entrance to make the front door more accessible.

Sea View is a wonderful vacation home. We especially like the location. Sitting on the upper porch was our favorite activity, whether in the morning watching the birds or in the evening admiring the colors of the sky. OIR responded quickly to a minor problem we had with the outdoor shower. The maintenance man was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

So it rained...a lot. But our house was so wonderful we still had a great stay. The porch & view of the marsh from there & inside made up for the rain.

The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Email communication was good. The house itself (Sea view) was clean and mostly as advertised. Beautiful views, and great layout. 2 items to note... Outdoor shower does not function properly (just a trickle of water) and needs to be addressed, as it is an important feature. And screened in porch has areas of screen that are separated and let in quite a few mosquitos. Thanks!
