Bluefin provides central air/heat throughout, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, satellite TVs and a washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a large screened porch with a dining table for eight and a separate seating area, decks, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

Single story home: Open kitchen and dining area. Living room with TV/DVD. One bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. One bedroom has a king bed and TV. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There are two hallway bathrooms: 1 with a tub/shower combo and 1 with shower only.

Ground Level: The washer and dryer is in the ground level laundry shed.

Although the weather hampered our visit we loved the Blue Fin. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was comfortable. The screened porch was relaxing and great place to hangout. All the younger guys had a great vacation. Thanks to the staff for being accommodating.

Bluefin is one of my favorite places to stay. The location is unbeatable for those that want to fish and it’s a very efficient use of space. It’s got six beds, but it’s ideal for four people.

I think this was perhaps around our 16th annual consecutive two-week stay at IR-15/Bluefin. Much more house than the 3 of us need, but just love the location, privacy and wrap-around decking and screened backed porch. Didn't need to seek assistance from OI Realty this year, but in many previous years they have been very responsive. We've already committed to next July and can't wait to get back!

Fisherman’s paradise!

Great location to access ramps, restaurants and Tradewinds tackle shop.Enjoyed having bedrooms, and kitchen all on one floor. I would definitely rent again!

May 2016 Stay

This house was very well equipped. It had lots of cooking equipment & electronics. We had four couples & never felt like we were on top of each other. Some watched TV & others sat out on the screened porch. Was in walking distance of Howard's Pub & biking distance of the village. Although we had scattered rain showers due to Tropical Storm Bonnie, we still were able to enjoy the beach & ride our bikes. Definitely will consider staying there again.
