It is located within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, shops, and galleries. This single-story end unit offers a deck with a cafe dining table, perfect for watching the world go by.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: Bedroom with Queen (no door). Maximum occupancy of 2. The hallway bath has a whirlpool tub.

The living area offers a treetop view over the large front lawn and street beyond. Enjoy a fabulous kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The foyer offers a spacious desk. The laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has no entry door.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, and cable TV. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open April 13 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

No Smoking/Vaping. Maximum of 2 vehicles.

We think it was the best unit in the building. Enjoyed watching passersby while sitting on the balcony. Unit was tastefully decorated and captured the essence of Ocracoke. We’re talking of staying for a month long vacation next time. National Seashore and sunsets are incredible !!
