It comes complete with a full-sized washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room seamlessly connects to a covered deck, furnished for your comfort, offering a splendid view of the spacious front yard, perfect for outdoor activities and picnics. The Boyette complex offers a large swimming pool with a well-appointed deck furnished with lounge chairs, ideal for sunbathing, relaxation, and socializing.

1 Bedroom, 1 Baths: Bedroom with King (no door). The spacious bathroom has a combined tub and shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, and smart TVs. No cable service is provided - Streaming only.

The exterior offers a furnished covered deck. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from April 13 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grill is available in the front yard.

Sheets and towels provided and your bed will be made.

This property allows mini-vacations, with a three night minimum and is bookable any time.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles.

The Serenity Now condo was lovely. The owners have excellent taste in Ocracoke artworks. Lovely art by locals is delightfully intermingled with other beach/ocean aesthetics. Very welcoming setting for any visiting the Island. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pan or dish you may need while the living area and master felt especially warm and inviting. A lovely place to spend your precious time and to take in the sites of the hustle and bustle of Village life. A pure delight.
