3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: The first floor has one bedroom with King and one bedroom with two Doubles. Both bedrooms offer access to the first-floor rear deck. The second floor has one bedroom with King and a screened porch.

Unique artwork adorns the walls and nicely complements this contemporary home. The open floor plan is great for family get-togethers.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, Starlink premium wireless internet access, four cable TVs. Full kitchen that includes mini-refrigerator, Keurig, and standard coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play.

The exterior offers three screened porches and several deck areas, including a comfortably furnished rooftop deck. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, and a fish cleaning station. Picnic table.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Beautiful house on the marsh. Had fun watching all the birds and great sunset and sunrise views. Porch screens need a little attention but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great view, no WIFI for 4 days (cable line laying in the road), a lot of ants in the kitchen (exterminator came and put traps down - next day the traps were loaded with ants), 2023 price increased significantly over 2022 (owner did redo much of the exterior decking - it was needed), not planning on staying there in 2024 - already found another place.
