The beautiful amenity-filled home is located in the Jackson Dunes area. The reverse floor plan offers views of the ocean and sound. This home also features an elevator, pool table, and game table. Work out in the fully equipped weight room.

4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths: 2 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with Bunk Bed.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and four cable TVs (including one in the weight room). The kitchen offers two microwaves. Washer and dryer.

Screened porch with table and chairs offering to seat for 8, decks, a deck swing, and a rooftop deck. Hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking. Hot tub open 3/30-11/30 for 2025.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

No Smoking. Limit of 3 vehicles.

The house was amazing as far as layout and amenities! Hot tub was great, and the main floor was perfect for entertaining. Would have given 5 stars if not for the WiFi, which barely worked at all. Could not even watch TV without constant buffering, and my brother had to go to a friend's house to work on his laptop for 2 days...Totally unacceptable for the price paid for the week. 100% need to get a booster for the WiFi, which we have seen at others on the island and it worked perfectly.

Last Clear Chance works perfectly for our fishing team to enjoy a week together. This was our second year there. There are a few things to mention. The living room recliners need to be replaced. Worn, stained and have an order. The toilet seat on the top floor master is still loose. The dining room table is getting wobbly and could be dangerous. All the upgrades are wonderful and appreciated.

We absolutely love Ocracoke! The house we were in this time definitely needs some TLC (tender,love, and care. It seems like the owner has been working on it.

House could use a deep clean. Top floor ac plus the 3 window units could not handle the heat and humidity. 2nd floor bedroom ceiling had mold growrh and the ceiling fan pull chain was gone. Some of the furniture needs replacing. It is one of the larger and nicer homes we have been in, but needs to be kept-up/repaired/updated to warrant the high rent.

The house is great and we enjoyed our stay very much! I would ask to improve: air conditioning on kitchen/living room floor did not seem to ever get cool. It was pretty warm whereas the first floor (main bedroom level was deliciously cool:) Also, the bed (king bedroom with shared bathroom on first floor) is quite creaky and noisy making private time not very private at all. Otherwise, an awesome house, thank you!!

Great Island

Check in time was 5:00 and in the offseason we did not receive the text message until 4:59. The house was probably ready before that but rental company was closed on Sunday so there was no way to communicate with anyone.

September 2016 Stay

This is our 2nd stay in this lovely home. It is very well equipped, comfortable and just an all around relaxing environment. We really enjoy the art in the home and also kept up on some weight training during this visit. We needed to after frequenting the restaurants and the seafood market. Love the new washer and dryer. Strange, I know..but it made doing laundry a cinch. In the past, we had to make the bed upon arrival. The bed was made for us this year. That was so nice after a long day of travel. The linen and towels provided were really nice. The home was neat and clean, as all OIR houses have been that we have stayed in over the years. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch that provides generous seating and wood tables. It is perfectly located to watch the sunsets. We went to Gaffer's for Sunday football. We even had the moai statue dawning Raven's gear for the first game of the season and our Ravens won 13-7. Just saying! We arrived right after Hermine and could not believe how
