JD36: Flyway

New for 2027: Flyway provides sheets and towels, and all beds will be made for your arrival. Sheets will be left for the futon and sleeper sofa, but these are not made in advance.

Flyway offers coastal charm, comfortable spaces and amazing long-distance marsh views in one of the most private locations in the Village. Nestled at the edge of natural wetlands, yet still close to dining and shops, this coastal retreat offers an open living area with lots of natural light, a fully equipped Chef's kitchen with ample counter space for easy meal prep, and a charcoal grill at the ready. Sit at the dining table on the screened-in porch for your morning coffee or have it on one of the breezy decks or on your private bedroom balcony instead. A shaded hammock provides a perfect place to read or nap, and there's a hot-and-cold outside shower for an easy rise off after a day at the beach.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 bedroom with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with a Double. A double Futon Sofa in the double bedroom and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room offer flexible sleeping options but do not increase allowed occupancy.

Additional amenities include complimentary Starlink wireless Internet access, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, 3 TVs with internet service, an electric fireplace, and washer and dryer.

The exterior offers decks, a screened porch with dining table, a rope hammock, a charcoal grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Sheets and towels are provided and your beds will be made for you arrival.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival for peak season. Short stays starting in mid-August 2027are bookable with the three night minimum at any time.
