Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Our stay on Ocracoke was perfect. This home is nicer than the listing even suggests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking. The views are breath-taking.

Really, a very nice property. Very nice finishes, furniture and very well equipped. Great outdoor, screened space on main level. Steps from an estuary channel from which you can kayak to the system of man-made channels and into the bay. Only critique is that for me, the bed was way too soft. Also, could use an address sign out on British Cemetery Rd. The driveway is pretty hidden.

After seven years of vacationing on OI, Flippy Flop ranks as one of the best homes we have rented. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and nicely secluded tucked back from the road and surrounded by nature, the home was the perfect fit for the three of us. Such a very peaceful and quiet setting, which was exactly what we had wanted. Many thanks to the owners for sharing such a special place with the rest of us so that we may experience Ocracoke Island life at its best. We had a wonderful stay at Flippy Flop. Thank you.

Flippy Flop is a wonderful home. It’s so nicely decorated and maintained. We had everything we needed while there. It has a wonderful view of the small canal and you can see the sound in the distance. We loved the location, keyless entry, comfortable beds and definitely plan to stay there again!
