The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, 3 decks, screened porches, one with picnic table overlooking the canal, fenced yard, hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide.

House was clean but needs upgrages and some replacements. Highly recommend brighter lights on the back screen porch and outdoor ceiling fans. Also need screen sections replaced. The kitchen was well stocked but no place to store food. Downstairs bedroom needs the blinds replaced-there's no way to open the slides up/down. Both screen doors need new springs. Door from the bedrooms to the screen porch an upstairs deck need attention. I understand the humidity can make wood swell and trouble opening doors, but one of the upstairs bedroom doors wouldn't open at all. I question if this is a fire hazard.
