Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependent upon individual boat height. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide. If you have specific questions, please note them in the special request section when making your reservation. House was clean but needs upgrages and some replacements. Highly recommend brighter lights on the back screen porch and outdoor ceiling fans. Also need screen sections replaced. The kitchen was well stocked but no place to store food. Downstairs bedroom needs the blinds replaced-there's no way to open the slides up/down. Both screen doors need new springs. Door from the bedrooms to the screen porch an upstairs deck need attention. I understand the humidity can make wood swell and trouble opening doors, but one of the upstairs bedroom doors wouldn't open at all. I question if this is a fire hazard.
