Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise views and observe the abundant wildlife from the decks of this Oyster Creek canal front home. Livin' Outta Line offers private boat dockage on the canal. The open, airy floorplan of this pleasant island cottage is a wonderful place to relax and reset.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with Queen, 1 with Double, 1 with Double and Twin. Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, Starlink premium internet access, 4 satellite TVs. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play and high chair.

The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, three decks, a hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, picnic and dining table, fish cleaning bench and hammock.

This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependent upon individual boat height. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide. If you have specific questions, please note them in the special request section when making your reservation. This is the 5th year that we have rented Livin' Outta Line and it was great. We were able to get into the house at 2:00 so that was awesome. I love the check in and out process and we had no issues that needed to be addressed. We have prebooked for next year and can't wait to come back !

Amazing canal front home perfect for families!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay on Ocracoke! The overall feel of the home was a beach vibe and very roomy for our family of 6. The kitchen was fully appointed with all we needed to enjoy cooking meals after a fabulous day on the beach. The outdoor area was amazing: comfy seating on the deck and lower waterfront area, a fire pit, and a picnic table. The location was perfect and being canal front was a huge plus. We cannot say enough to recommend this property to other travelers. We will be back!

House is great and clean. will stay there again. BUT, was interuppted a few times by appliance repairman working on washing machine, twice interuppting sleep. please advise him to call in advance be fore entering house in the future. machine was never repaired before our departure. Also encountered a few roaches during our stay!! ughh!!

We had a wonderful time at Livin Outta Line. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals and the deck on the canal was the perfect spot to cast your line or drink your morning coffee. The sunrise over the sound through the trees on the canal was pretty awesome too!
