This large Ocracoke home offers wonderful accommodations for a large family. Enjoy the convenience of two separate kitchens and living areas. Take in the views of either the backyard canal with boat dockage or Pamlico Sound views across the street. The screened porches and decks provide relaxation in a comfortable outdoor setting.

4 Bedrooms, 2 Full and 2 Half Baths. Bedding: 1 with Queen, 1 bedroom with 1 Double and 1 Queen, 1 with Queen and 1 Pyramid Bunk ( twin over queen). 1 bedroom with 1 Double and 1 Queen.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 cable TVs. Together, the two kitchens offer 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. 2 washers and 2 dryers.

The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, a hot/cold outdoor shower (not enclosed), 4 decks, 2 screened porches, and fish cleaning bench.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 8 vehicles.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependent upon individual boat height. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide. If you have specific questions, please note them in the special request section when making your reservation. We had a great stay. Our maintenance concerns were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Only complaint we had was the internet was spotty and the down stairs tv would not play the cable channels it would only play a few local channels then try to play Samsung plus channels and since they are streaming channels they would not play.

Had a great time, couple of small things but no biggy.... Internet was not working properly until Friday night the night before we leave. Had to us a hotspot to watch movies. It was either extremely slow and spotty or was not working at all. Breaker(only a 15) kept tripping for the dishwasher, bathroom light/fan and outlet outside near the AC units(Golf cart essentially did not charge all night). Screens on the back porch were torn which let in misquotes so we were getting bit relaxing on the porch(kind of defeated the purpose).

The house is nearly identical, including kitchen and laundry areas on both floors. It also has two full and two half bathrooms, making it very nice with a big group. The property manager is very prompt in dealing with any issues that may arise. The only downside to the place for us were the beds. Not very comfortable for us older folks. Also, I would have loved it if there was a recliner or chair with a footstool on the bottom floor. need to elevate my legs after a long day to keep the swelling at bay. If the beds were more comfortable than I would have given this home 5 Stars.

The house was nice and we loved the dock however the upstairs AC unit couldn't keep it cool, the temperature was never below 75.

Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our group. Only complaint was a lot of roaches, we're a group of all men and fishermen so it wasn't too big of a deal. If it were a family group, I can see the roaches being an issue.

As always, a great vacation. The home was ready when we got there around 1:30. The weather for the 2 weeks was tremendous and a good time was had by all.
