3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: First floor Primary Bedroom with King and private bath. The second floor has 1 bedroom with Queen, 1 with two Doubles.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 satellite TVs. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers *private boat dockage, bulkhead, screened porch, lookout deck, decks, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles (no covered parking)

No Partial Week Stays.

*Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependent upon individual boat height. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide. If you have specific questions, please note them in the special request section when making your reservation. House was great. Beds not so good, needs new mattresses. Deck had nails sticking up, busted my knee open on one.

Cute cottage
Loved our stay at Art Sea. Such a unique home and the view from the eagles nest was amazing. Very comfortable, but it could use a little updating with some of the bedding and furniture.

We loved staying at Art Sea! The location and view were wonderful. We enjoyed the home very much. The art in the home is lovely. Our group could gather in the kitchen, on a porch, the deck, or in the living room. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils one might need. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay at Art-Sea. The weather was nice except for the coastal northeaster on Thursday. Loved all the porches and decks. Great view of Pamlico Sound. Enjoyed all Ocracoke has to offer. Check in and out was easy, and OIR communicated well each step of the way.
