The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen provides great opportunities for family gatherings or time spent with friends. A second level suite features a den with TV and kitchenette featuring a dishwasher and microwave. A bath with shower stall adjoins the den and bunk bedroom. The perfect floor plan for extended family, offering privacy and room to spread out.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (one with shower and toilet): Two with Queen bed, 1 with a Queen and a set of Bunk Beds.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and satellite TV. Propane furnace for alternate heat. This home offers two dishwashers and 2 microwaves. Washer and dryer.

Spacious screened porch with picnic table, several decks including one large deck directly facing the sound, a second picnic table on an open deck, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench. Hot/cold outdoor shower.

Good morning. I do love Soundview. A few items I wanted to mention that need repair...The air unit in the upstairs bedroom (across from the stairs) and ceiling fan. The air unit blew warm air. We just cut it off completely; the fan worked, but had issues also. We did not call maintenance while we were there...the occupant of that room was ok. The night before we left we noticed a downspout that had come loose, it was banging against the house in the wind. Again, this is a great house. Love the view! Will return next year. Thanks

We've been to Ocracoke many times. Some of the homes have their quirks. We liked the house. Having the pier and the water right outside was great. There were 2 coffee makers in the home, both leaked. We managed. I didn't like the laundry area being outside and no step to get into the room. We made a makeshift step. A few ants from time to time. But nothing major and we had a great time, looking forward to coming to Ocracoke again soon. Thanks to all!

We loved Soundview for the kids and our dog. There were a few things missing in the kitchen area like pans and utensils. There outside chairs were not safe to sit on but Patty in the office sent 4 good chairs right away. A big thank you to Rene' also. The location is great and we all had good space.

The realty folks are always great. The house we stayed in...Sound view OC 13...was an older home. Internet and TV was hit and miss in the evenings, ran out of hot water on occasion, would suggest adding pot holders to the items to be brought by renter, also the sink down stairs to clean fish had no water. Loved the dock; did a lot of kayaking; kitchen stocked well with pots, pans, dishes, etc; hot tub was nice. We did enjoy our stay and plan to return.

It was nice to see the hot tub was updated and working!! The dishwasher was broken for 3rd year in a row. It would be nice if more things were updated like beds and a bed put in the top floor. View is amazing.

Overall this was great house and we loved it! The appliances are definitely old and have some quirks, basically it is dated and its age is showing a bit. The space was great for us and we loved the dock and the hot tub.

OIR was quick to resolve a situation with our bed linens which was great since it was after 5 on checking day. The house was clean, but definitely has issues such as doors that don’t lock, broken screen doors, leaky and not clean hot tub. Again only 6 spoons for an 8 person home. We love the location and the house is okay, but we all know it could be maintained a little better. Also a lot of building materials lying around the property which could be a hazard

OIR is always top notch and easy to deal with! This property location is excellent. Inside leaves some things to be desired for sure. The upstairs tower was a great add on since the last time we visited this property.
