Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 cable TVs. For your convenience, the kitchen offers a full size refrigerator and mini refrigerator. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers private boat dockage, bulkhead, a screened porch, decks, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

House is always wonderful to stay out. Would love for the outlet in the kitchen to be fixed (not secured to the wall) and the blinds in the bunk room be fixed as well. Overall, not else to mention as it was perfect! Look forward to next year. The Evans Family

hi gang! great stay. Loved the new kitchen and bath vanity updates. the home fit our family well. Master bath top floor - tub does not drain. we tried to clear it. other tiny thing to mention- the sheets for queen bed wouldn't stay on the mattress. Maybe the mattress cover? Sprigs in that bed are broken- lots of clunking. see you next year!

great house, nice renovated kitchen. could use an exterior elevator/platform lift to front balcony to help with kitchen on top floor. upstairs bathtub didnt drain, out door furniture rusted and broken. AC worked great!
