This large four bedroom property offers wonderful opportunities for family gatherings, entertaining, or simply relaxing. Gemini offers the privacy of two separate residences. This unique property features a large living and dining area in the main home where the entire family can gather. When you prefer to escape, both the interior and exterior offer plenty of private areas to get away. Gemini and Gemini Bungalow are separated by a breezeway and come together at both the outdoor pool area and waterside deck.
4 bedrooms, 4 Baths: 2 with Queen, 2 with two Queens.
The main house offers the convenience of single story living with two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, an attached newly remodeled walk-in shower, a new toilet, and newly tiled floors and walls. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a new toilet, and a new sink. The bathroom connects to the laundry room. Both generous sized bedrooms offer a TV with DVD and access to a canal front deck. A large sunroom on the waterside offers a comfortable extended living area with water views.
The Bungalow of Gemini offers the privacy of a separate living space with a second floor open floor plan with a kitchen, breakfast bar, and living area with a TV and a canal front deck. The second floor of the Bungalow also has a bedroom with a Queen bed with TV and a hallway bathroom with a new tiled shower. Located on the first floor of the Bungalow is a master bedroom featuring 2 Queen size beds and a full bath with a shower and laundry area.
Your accommodations offer the convenience of two full kitchens including two dishwashers and two microwaves, two laundry areas with washer/dryer, complimentary wireless internet access, 5 Smart HDTVs with cable service, Netflix streaming (available in the main house bedroom and bungalow living area and bedroom) and Nintendo Wii.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. Bed Linens are provided for Six Queen Beds. Ten Towel Sets are provided.
The exterior offers private boat dockage for two boats, a bulkhead, open outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower located poolside (not enclosed). Open decks, 2 fish cleaning benches, and a gas grill.
No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles.

This was our third year in Gemini and we've re-upped for next year, so I guess that speaks for itself. Though it's perfectly fine for families, we love it because it's also a great house for a group of adults--every room has a queen bed and a private bathroom.- Reviewed On: 5/31/2024

Loved the layout of the two houses. Was perfect for our group. We did have a problem with palmetto bugs & roaches. One bathroom in second house had ants. The kitchen could be better stocked with casserole dishes, more than one spatula, more steak knives & storage containers. Overall we had a wonderful stay. positives: house layout, florida room, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, pool, location. Negatives- kitchen cabinets, counters,and size of kitchen. terrible frying pans and only 1 spatula, BUGS - they need to exterminate - not only palmetto bugs but roaches in the cabinets. There were alot of items broken or not working in the house. grille, range, lack of cook ware/utensils to cook with, glasses. someone had put bait in the frig and while it was cleaned out, all week long every time the frig was opened there was a strong bait smell and we had to put our food in there. handles falling off sliding doors, lightbulbs out, waterbugs inside house.
