We always love staying at Ocracork!! The new concrete pad under the house was a welcome addition. The widow's walk is always an amazing spot to see the sunset/stars. The new porch furniture and fans were enjoyed and appreciated. We love the traditional beach cottage look and feel that Ocracork provides. The dock has plenty of space for our boats with room to spare and during the hottest week of the year the air conditioning was on point. We're excited to stay again next year.

This was our second year staying here. Love the location, privacy, dock and the new crow's nest. The home is older and corky but that's the appeal and charm for me. We did have some issues with the dryer but OIR was quick to send an appliance man to repair but, unfortunately, the dryer still had issues; probably just needs to be replaced. The kitchen was overly equipped with pots and the cabinets were not organized...things were just stored away in drawers and cupboards. I took the time to organize all the cabinets to make somewhat sense on what they had counting 20 something pots. I think the kitchen and dining room area (games & books) needs to be decluttered...just my opinion. :)

Ocracork is a great house!! We loved the new upper viewing balcony-great sunsets!! The dock and outdoor area are fantastic. We love the porch because even when it’s raining we can enjoy the outside. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

The stay at the house was nice as always. However it was most likely our last year coming due to the amount of beach closure! People were stacked up all over top of us and it was hard to even fish with 2 lines..

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed Ocracork #54. No issues with the house. Check in and check out was easy. The house was clean. Great stay all around!

Nice and quiet area. We loved the Back Road side of the island with local shops, although everything had short hours due to the time of year. This is a spot we would love to get back to in summer.

we had a blast as always. Ocracoke this time of year always great to get away and just have fun. Ocracoke realty certainly knows how to take care of their clients as we had a few very minor issues upon arrival, and they sent their maintenance team right over to take care of the problem pronto. Looking to book again for the same time next year but changing it up for a newer place.

The house is very outdated. It's dark inside, the patio furniture not suitable for a beach house. The pluses are that it allows dogs and is on the water.

We love Ocracork!! It was a rustic cottage that had an amazing screened porch and docking facilities. We are excited to stay next year!! The text messages were prompt and appreciated. We do wish we could have gotten in sooner than 5pm, but understand the limited amount of cleaners.

The coffee maker pot was missing. The new king bed was comfy. An outside receptacle for the golf carts would be helpful.

We have rented this home for a few years in a row. Very comfortable and spacious, has every thing we need for our stay. Love that its on the water where we leave our boat right outside. The kids fish and crab off the dock. What a peaceful experience!
