The living area features spacious two story high vaulted ceilings. During the off season, the living area is a wonderful place to enjoy the gas fireplace. The amazing tile work throughout adds to the uniqueness of this beautiful home. A large third floor den is perfect for socializing or escaping with that perfect book, watching TV, or try testing your skills at shuffleboard. Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar and wine refrigerator.
4 Bedrooms. 4.5 Baths. Three Primary Bedrooms: 2 with King, and 1 with Queen. One additional bedroom with Queen. Each Primary Bathroom offers a soaking tub (no jets).
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave and wine refrigerator. Gas fireplace (off-season only). Washer and dryer.
The exterior features the private water side pool 12' x 20' non-heated pool, *private boat dockage, covered front porch, open decks, screened porch, enclosed outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill.
All sheets and towels are provided for your stay and all beds will be made for your arrival.
No Smoking. Maximum 3 vehicles.

Everything was fine, except the time it took to fix WiFi issue. We know coverage is spotty at times, as we were reminded when I first called. When we found out our house was the only one around with an issue, we called back a second time. The delay was someone calling owner and having him call us back. When he did and talked it through with my son in law and his (owner) IT guy it was remedied. It was a hardware or part problem, not coverage. Anyway, it was fixed and owner did offer a check or dollars off next year’s stay. That was very nice. So all in all, house was clean and stocked as always and the families enjoyed themselves.
