Spend a memorable Ocracoke vacation at Sea No Evil in Pamlico Point. Enjoy sunrises and morning coffee on the decks, amazing sunsets and sunny days on Ocracoke's beaches. This family friendly cottage is close to Ocracoke's beautiful beaches, popular restaurants and the local grocery store.

Filled with natural light, offering cathedral ceilings and generous windows, enjoy the tranquil long distance marsh views offered by Sea No Evil. This home's design invites family and friends to spread out and relax. Numerous porches and decks offer wonderful views and opportunities for outdoor relaxation.

Designed with a reverse floor plan. The spacious second floor offers an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, perfect to enjoying your Ocracoke vacation.

3 Primary Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths: 2 with King, 1 with 2 Twins. A first floor Den offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The three Primary Bathrooms have tub/shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 5 TVs (each set up with complimentary Hulu streaming) including the living area with 50 inch TV, den with 40 inch TV and each bedroom with a TV. Washer/dryer. Pack-N-Play. High chair.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench and park style charcoal grill.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Maximum 5 Vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Pamlico Point is the newest neighborhood in Ocracoke Village. Travel mapping websites, including GMaps (which is also found on our Location Tab) does not show all current homes or those under construction. If you have any questions about Pamlico Point please do not hesitate to contact our office.

First Floor: Primary Bedroom with King bed, TV, and Primary Bath with tub/shower. Primary Bedroom with two Twin beds, TV, and Primary Bath with tub/shower. Den with TV/DVD, and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Hallway Laundry Closet.

Second Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Primary Bedroom with King bed, TV, and Primary Bath with tub/shower. Half Bathroom.

Ocracoke is our favorite vacation spot any time of the year. This house was great! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was within walking distance to the Store, Howards, Jasons and Tradewinds.

We enjoy the house, but there were a few problems. Half a dozen nail pops caused some foot and clothing damage, water pressure on outdoor shower was functionally non-existent, and stair trim was falling off. Fix those, and I'd give it 5 stars.

I cleaned up the yard from another dog's debris and you cut the grass as requested. Other than that, the stay was excellent. Great location and very clean and well stocked!

The house was clean and well furnished. My only complaint was the road needed to be better maintained. The bushes on the sides were overgrown. The yard also needed some trimming of bushes and weed eating.
