A wonderful weak at a great home. A few small recommendations, update bathrooms (particularly grout in primary shower) and secondary toilet seat. Also the floor rugs in primary and living room and sofa slipcover could use a deep clean.

House was clean and comfortable. However, a low clearance warning should be placed below the house. The gravel fill that was done caused us to break our gps antenna on the top of our truck. It was an unfortunate beginning of our stay.

Had a great time, second time in the same house and love this house. The washer was broken and that was disappointing, I got a text that the washer was broken as we were pulling onto the island, if I had known ahead of time we could have packed differently

House was very good, with one major exception. Washing machine was broken. Repair person was good but couldn't fix. Support and voucher from OIR was appreciated did not make up for the inconvenience. Also, the trash bins outside the house were full of loose trash and waste from previous guests. I tried my best to collect what was there into trash bags but couldn't get it all. Really gross. But collection of the bags and the recycling we put out after cleaning up was timely!

It was perfect for us, nice and quiet, clean and comfy. It had minor maintenance issues which is to be expected given the location. Lots of holes and rips in the screens due to weathering, wood rot, desperately in need of a good pressure washing. None of these were deal breakers for us, but my only reason for not giving 5 stars. We loved the location and peacfulness this quaint and rustic cottage provides. Small place, perfect for 2-3 people, but wouldn't recommend for a larger crowd. We hope to visit again in the near future!
