Havana Cabana is a 3 bedroom Ocracoke Island vacation home tucked away just outside the heart of the village, within walking and biking distance to coffee shops, several restaurants, shopping and Silver Lake Harbor. The bonus of a relaxing first floor den with sleeper sofa and TV provides the perfect getaway.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with Queen. 1 with two Twin Beds and a Child Size Bunk Bed. Den with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 3 TVs. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

Havana Cabana offers a screened porch, ground level deck, enclosed yard, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench. Basketball hoop.

Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Pets.

No Smoking. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV. Den with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa and TV/DVD. Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed and private Primary Bath with shower. Laundry closet.

We loved staying at Havana Cabana! It is the third house we've rented over the 20 years we've been coming to Ocracoke. The location is perfect, and the house is just lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, and the screened porch is amazing. We brought our dogs, and they felt right at home. We appreciated the fully fenced yard so we could let them off leash to take care of business. And since we had the extra rooms and bathroom upstairs, we had some friends join us for the first part of the week. We all had plenty of space! Thank you for the extra effort to add all the special details - the notebook of directions and information, the water filter, the signs and labels on things, etc. - we had no issues at all. We can't wait to come back next year!

Havana Cabana is a great house in a very quiet part of the island. A bonus was the fenced yard with a back gate exit. This made walking the dog and walking to the Ocracoke Coffee and Smoothie shop easy. The owner provided just about everything we needed including a variety of “kiddo” games that delighted our 5 year old granddaughter. Thank you for the wonderfully cared for home that showed a true pride of ownership.

With 5 teenagers, the “game” room was a
nice surprise and doubled as an extra

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Ocracoke. The house at 77 Cabana Dr was a wonderful home base. It was clean, well stocked with what we needed and located in a great spot to all our activities. Only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom the downstairs bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress could desperately be in need of replacing. Other than that we our visit was great!!!

Havana Cabana is beautiful and the layout spacious. Enjoyed the swing on the screened in porch every morning and night. The upstairs can get warm during the day due to skylights, we pulled all the curtains closed. The yard is a little buggy, we brought Cutter yard spray to help.

We have been coming to Ocracoke for almost 20 years. This year was the best as our daughter’s boyfriend proposed knowing that Ocracoke is our special place!

This is a nice place but we did have some plumbing issues while we stayed. The upstairs shower broke the night we arrived which resulted in us being without water in the house that night. After it was fixed the next morning the hot water didn’t work in it and the outdoor shower wasn’t functional either. However, Ocracoke Realty got things repaired very quickly so I’m quite pleased with their response. Hopefully now all that is fixed for future guests this season. Other than that just be aware the driveway is quite small.
