This home offers an open floor plan on the first floor combining the living, dining area, and kitchen. The second floor offers a sleeping area with Queen bed and bathroom with shower.

Relax on the first floor side deck overlooking a wooded area or second floor deck off your loft style bedroom.

Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and 2 Roku TVs. Microwave. Washer and dryer. No dishwasher.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival in season, and anytime in the off season.

Website was very easy to find a place to stay, within our budget, house was very clean, great selection of houses, staff as always was very friendly! Had a great week, see y’all again next year!

Our stay in Ocracoke was amazing. We stayed at Reid’s Devereux and the cottage was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze and cocktails. The cottage was located the perfect distance for morning coffee, lunches and mimosas at Smacs, and of course amazing dinners at Dajio. We will definitely choose Ocracoke Island Realty again! Great location, the house was clean and served us well. The only issue was the internet was not working (or so slow it was a waste of time.) Notes: - The outside light by the keyed door was not working - I'm assuming just burned out. - The light switch at the bottom of the main floor stairs doesn't appear to do anything upstairs - could be user error, but... - The upstairs TV remote has no batteries in it (which didn't matter to us as we didn't use it.)

Great place, had everything we needed and was at the end of the road which made it quiet. Nice laundry room with space to store items if needed. Though the tram stop wasn’t that far away recommend renting a golf cart or bicycles to make it easier to get around. There is an exterior plug for a charging a golf cart and plenty of parking.

Loved the island. Our 3rd vacation there. The house we stayed in was cute. The remote to tv didn’t work upstairs. We had 3 full days of rain so that made the remote not working an issue. The house beside ours looked like a junkyard. Loved the island and the people
