Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing casual island decor this home is sure to provide wonderful vacation memories.

2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and cable TV. Complimentary wireless internet access. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two screened porches, deck, hammock, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

No Dishwasher.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit 2 cars.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

The house was well cleaned and prepped upon arrival. The outdoor spaces were a nice option and the loft workspace was perfect for meditation and views. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Xenia house worked out perfectly for us. It’s actually much better than the pictures would indicate. One suggestion would be to have an electric outlet outside close to where the golf carts would be situated. Fortunately the cart rental shop left us an extra long extension cord that we ran up to the screened in porch. Other than that minor inconvenience everything was fine.

Great week at the Xenia. We had a little hiccup and the upstairs AC went out one night. I called the office at 9am the next day and it was fixed by 10:06am. Amazing response!!

The Xenia House was just what we needed for overflow space for our house around the corner. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We will be back! Ocracoke Island Realty was amazing with communication via text before, during and after the stay. Made everything very easy.
