Home was comfortable for our family and was conveniently located to shops and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice living area and the bedrooms are spacious. The only downside was that the clothes dryer was broken for the duration of our stay (a bad part) but OIR offered use of their machine to accommodate our needs.

We love staying in this house, we have stayed here multiple times over the years. The layout is perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked. We like being able to park under the house on the pavement. I highly recommend Beachbreak!

Love the new couches and all the great touches added to the house! This has been one of our favorite houses we have stayed in and this year was our 4th year! Thank you for a great vacation! The only reason we wouldn’t rent it again if we have more people joining us next year!

We loved our stay at Beachbreak. We came back for a 2nd year, so obviously we already liked it the first time. But we were delighted when we saw that what could have been our only criticism a year ago had been taken care of: new furniture in the living room, plus a rearrangement that made it all the more comfortable. It is a great location, well taken care of, and very enjoyable.

So wonderful! The weather was a bit of a bummer but we were nice and cozy at Beach Break, with lots of puzzles and games. We do love that house.
