Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and 2 cable TVs. The kitchen offers a gas stove/oven. Washer and dryer. No internet access.

The exterior offers a screened porch with dining table, deck, park style charcoal grill, and open outdoor shower.

Only negative was that you advertised a screened porch and the porch has no screening. A disappointment. Please replace the screens!
