Friendly Grrrl is a modern and spacious pet friendly home located in a quiet, central location but close to the Coffee Shop and other village shops and restaurants. Enjoy relaxing on the decks built to follow the sun throughout the day and a very large screened porch with a family size table and chairs which is a delightful place to eat in the summer evenings.

This property features the 2 bedroom, 2 bath main home with an open floor plan. An attached private 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite includes a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator.

Three bedrooms, 3 Baths: 1 bedroom with King bed,1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 with two Twins.

Amenities include central heat and air conditioning (mini split system), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers decks and a screened porch, semi-enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, and gas grill. Single kayak. Covered parking.

Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Large Dog crate provided, if needed.

No Smoking. No Phone.

Property Layout:

First Floor: Open living area with TV, dining area, and kitchen. Primary Bedroom with King Bed, TV, and private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom with two Twin Beds. Shared bath with shower only.

Suite: The suite is a split level. The top floor has a queen bed and a bath with shower only. The second floor, below the bedroom, is a kitchenette and living area with a TV. Private deck off the living area.

Second time staying in the Friendly Girl. Just love the house and the setup. The only thing that might’ve made it better is a bigger TV. Lol

The house we rented, Friendly Grrrl, was awesome! It had everything we needed and is in a great location. My only suggestion is to clean up the Virginia creeper from the back yard. It is starting to cover the ground and some people are allergic to it. We loved the house and plan to stay there again!

We had a great stay except that the main air conditioning unit in the living room/kitchen is so loud that you can’t really use it when you’re there. We ran it while out at the beach. The other units were much much quieter. Oddly, there are also rusting radiators in front of the driveway.

The mattresses and or support slats on the main floor beds need to be replaced or reinforced. Also my sister got a nasty scrape from the corner of the countertop that is just exposed tile.

The place is great . One thing to greatly improve the stay is better beds and mattress. The current beds and mattress are not very good . Everything else is great .
