Let the lighthouse guide you to the sheltered sound side shoreline; perfect for water enthusiasts with great kayak access and an ideal backdrop for brilliant sunsets and beachcombing.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with Queen and futon.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 smart TVs. The Smart TVs in this home offer streaming services only. There is no cable or satellite service available. Washer and dryer. Den with ping pong table.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Exterior offers a total of six porches, three are screened. Hot/cold outdoor shower, two picnic tables and a park style charcoal grill.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Parking for 2 vehicles only (Parking areas for Sounds Perfect will not accommodate 3 large SUV's).

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

We stayed at WP 13 - Sounds Perfect - for two weeks. The house has the ideal location and is very comfortable. Ocracoke Island Realty is truly "as good as it gets" in the world of vacation rental company. Everyone with whom I've ever spoken is 100" CAN DO and always does their best to solve any problem we may have. Our questions are always handled in a courteous manner and we appreciate everything you do to make the reservation process easy and the visit such a joy. Thanks very much!

It's a beautiful spot. A couple of comments: 1. There is a serious roof leak in the kitchen ceiling over the island that appears to be from porch above. 2. Main floor toilet may need replacement of valve. 3. One of the frying pans needs replacement. The surface is peeling and should not be used for cooking. 4. A king-sized bed in one of the bedrooms would be nice.

June 2016 Stay

As usual we LOVE Ocracoke! We have stayed at many homes on the island and Sounds Perfect is one of the best. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. More towels would be appreciated but otherwise a great home .... We will be back and would recommend to others. Thank you !
