Perfect for extra visitors requiring their own space, or for a couple longing for the special setting typically reserved for the 'larger' vacation homes. Provides the luxuries of 'Sounds Perfect', just in a smaller version.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: Loft Bedroom with Queen

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 1 smart TV. The Smart TV in this home offer streaming services only. There is no cable or satellite service available.

The exterior offers a screened porch, deck and hot/cold outdoor shower. Covered parking.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

NO WASHER. NO DRYER.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Limit of 1 vehicle.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

We loved staying on Ocracoke in this cottage for the third time. Great location, great outdoor shower, good access to the sound. If you plan on staying here and cook, plan on bringing your own cookware because the available kitchen utensils are limited and of low quality. Also, as a previous reviewer suggested, the house could benefit from some comfortable chairs. Other than that: a great place to stay
