Located across the street from Silver Lake Harbor this home offers two highly sought after Silver Lake Harbor boat slips.

Blue Harbor offers a private 10' x 20' *pool located in the front of the property. Enjoy views of Silver Lake Harbor from the pool deck.

6 Bedrooms, 5 Baths: 3 Primary Bedrooms with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins, 1 with two Bunk Beds. Three of the bedrooms are Primary Bedrooms with private baths.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, either ceiling fans or standing fans in the bedrooms. complimentary wireless internet access, and 5 cable TVs. A well-stocked kitchen offers a breakfast bar with seating for five. The laundry area offers a full sized washer and dryer and the convenience of a second full size refrigerator, perfect for drinks.

Across Silver Lake Drive is a 200' shared dock on Silver Lake Harbor (shared with the vacation rental home next door). Boat docking for two boats is available for guests of Blue Harbor on the right side of the dock.

The exterior amenities include a shared dock with water offering two boat slips for guests of Blue Harbor (no electric service available), 10’ x 20’ pool, screened porch overlooking Silver Lake Harbor. Front and rear deck. Two outdoor hot/cold showers, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench and bike rack.

2026 Pool Season: April 5 – October 25.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.

No Smoking Permitted (including decks, porches and pool area). No Pets Allowed. Parking for 5 Vehicles.

No Partial Stays.

House was great and everyone really enjoyed our stay. There are a couple of things you may want to address. One of the stove burners doesn’t work and the back button on the TV remote in the living room stopped working.

As always Blue Harbor is the perfect location for the Carraway's. I'm trying to get back to a June or July stay. Only negative was the happy workers next door starting their day at 7:30. It happens and we adjusted.

I was in a party of 13 that was there in September 17-23, 23. I can't say enough good about this house ! It was so nice to have the history available. It made me feel so much safer when the tropical storm hit ! The location of the house made it convenient to walk to anywhere and just enjoy the scenery of this beautiful place !!! I loved how they took one of the oldest houses on the island made it modern but kept the feel of the original. And the kitchen was to die for !!!! It was the best equipped kitchen we've ever had !!! Loved it !!! We used it several nights, made for a great gathering spot (like kitchens used to be)and the dining room table made it very nice for games after the day of fishing !!! June 2016 Stay

This is a wonderful property for a large group with ample gathering and private space. The pool was great entertainment for all ages and very secure if toddlers are in your group. The charming mix of old style Ocracoke home with added renovated space was beautiful and architecturally interesting. The house is well appointed and the kitchen/living room proved a favorite hangout. Highly recommended!

June 2016 Stay

Wonderfully thought out home that had everything we could wish for in a home for a family of 12! Spacious rooms that are cozy & living area that is perfect for gaming & tv viewing! Our week was filled with memory making & fun! Could not ask for a more perfect location on the island! The pool is simply the icing on the cake!! Thanks for such a wonderful home!
