A slip is available for vessels up to 25 feet.

Our second stay at the Local 4 was wonderful. The property is in a beautiful location with Silver Lake views and a dock to sit and relax. The small cottage is ideal for 2 people. Kind bed is firm; very comfortable. Bedding is soft. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Comfy couch with 2 recliners and large TV. Very clean. We will return.

Parking at the house with a boat was great location to park. Boat dock was awesome fish cleaning station available on the dock. house was clean and a great stay for two people. Close to the heart of the isle and the view was great.
