Holloman House is a great family and dog friendly home with room to spread out. This cottage features a living room area on both the first and second floor. Enjoy a walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: First floor offers 1 bedroom with a Queen and a Twin, 1 bedroom with a Queen. Second floor bedroom with Queen Bed and a Double Futon. There is one bathroom on each floor.

New for 2026- Replacing double futon with a single person futon.

The first level features a living area with kitchenette and TV and full bath with tub/shower. The second floor offers an open floor plan with full kitchen, living area, dining area, washer/dryer and screened porch.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 TVs and 2 DVD players. The den offers a wet bar, microwave and mini refrigerator. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play.

The exterior offers a screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Overall, the house was nice. It was clean, and kitchen was fully equipted, which was great!! I will say, the beds are TERRIBLY uncomfortable, so bring you some sort of mattress topper. The washing machine was tiny, so be prepared to do lots of small loads, if need be. The road was VERY busy, so if you were like me, keep pups close! Oh, and the TVs were missing batteries in the remotes, so it was a good thing we didn't watch much TV.

This house has all the potential to be a great vacation home with one huge exception the bed situation. All beds with the exception of one are the worst beds I have ever sept on. I stayed in the back room with the futon and the bed was equivalent to sleeping on the floor. Everything else about the home is great! We made the best of it but lack of sleep is not good for vacation!
