Loved the Net House!
We stayed ten days and would have stayed longer. A charming house in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. "

Cozy house for 2. Interestingly unique property, not far from Silver Lake. We took our golf cart around town to the local shops and restaurants as well as sight see. Very peaceful area. You cant see the lighthouse anymore due to the tree next door. If you have cat allergies, ocracoke has feral cats all over the property and island, that are cared for by residents and ocracats foundation. They are generally friendly. The unit has a microwave, toaster oven, electric countertop range and full size fridge..no oven , dishwasher, soaking tub. The amenities are simple and clean. Dont expect much from the DSL wifi and the cable tv reception..it works ,but the island is behind on up keep for its technology. The queen bed want bad, the wife and I are used to a king but we survived the week. Bring mosquito spray if you plan on hanging outside the cottage. There is a screened in porch. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again."
