This two-story condo is located in the heart of Ocracoke village within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries, and restaurants. The new location of Ocracoke Oyster Company is just footsteps from the front door.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Master bedroom with Queen, private bath with tub/shower, and private deck. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk with Queen, Twin XL above, and a Twin XL Trundle, TV. Maximum occupancy of 4. The hallway bath has a shower and washer/dryer. A Full-Size Sofa Bed is located in the living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, 1 HD TV with DVD on the first floor, and an HD TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen offers a K-Cup Coffee Maker. Stack washer/dryer.

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a first and second floor covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open April 15 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

No Smoking. Pet-Friendly - The owner, prefers a limit of 1 Large or 2 Small Pets. Maximum of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum.

Property Layout:

First Floor: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV/DVD and Bluetooth stereo. Full-size Sofa Bed in the living room.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom with Queen, private bath with tub/shower, TV, and private deck. Second Bedroom with Queen Pyramid, Twin XL Bunk, and Twin XL Trundle, TV. Hallway bath with shower and stack washer/dryer.

Awesome condo! Very comfortable, relaxing and clean. Well taken care of. Walking distance to surrounding shops, lighthouse. The porch was nice to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Refreshing pool. The bar across the street is opened until 2am. If youre a light sleeper, the voices will wake you. They had live music, but that ended early enough. We definitely will stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at the Boyette condos! The location was close to everything, and the pool was a great extra. The stairs werent ideal for our small children. However, we werent inside enough to worry about it. There was tons of natural light and a great porch! There was music at the bar across the street, but it ended early each night. The only things we thought were needed were potholders, more baking dishes (there were 2), and blinds as the road comes right by. We definitely hope to come back again!

We had a great stay ! 1st time at the boyette condos and will rent again. We enjoyed being in the center of town. The unit itself was in great shape - everything worked great. AC nice and cold and it was above 90 each day. The coast guard unit was very quiet - and there were 3 CG staying this week. The band across the street and the bar & grill - stopped playing at 11 pm which was fine with us - it was fun to listen to the music. Great unit. This 2 br deosnt have a bathroom downstairs. And I wish they had king size bed in the master. Other than that - great unti - clean, modern and very roomy for the 4 of us.
