Description

Beautiful sound front home. Located in the Northern Pond neighborhood. Enjoy incredible sunsets over Pamlico Sound. Private boat dock with easy access to the Pamlico Sound and the Ocracoke Inlet.

Hooligan Sunset is located on a small quiet peninsula shared with only a few neighbors and in easy walking or biking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries and restaurants.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins. Baths have tub/shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 internet TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Depth at the end of the dock anticipated to be approximately 3 feet. Sound front deck, bulkhead, hot/cold outdoor shower (not enclosed) and park style charcoal grill. Covered parking.

No Smoking. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

No Pets or Service Animals of any kind are permitted in this home. For information please visit our Guest Information “Vacationing with a Pet” on our website.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available, there is a three night minimum.

Single story home: Open kitchen, dining and living area with TV/DVD. Master Bedroom with King bed, TV, and Master Bath with tub/shower. Bedroom with Queen bed. Bedroom with two Twin beds. Hallway bath with tub/shower. Laundry closet.

We loved our beautiful seaside home here in Ocracoke! The views were incredible from the minute we arrived. Its been a wonderful spot to relax snd take easy with our family.
