I stayed here with my husband and two dogs in April. I had seen this cottage while at Ocracoke and wanted to try it next, and we're so glad we did. It is lovely inside and out and had absolutely everything we wanted. It had a great selection of books and art, and the rooms and porches, front and back, were very clean, calming, and nicely furnished. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I have no complaints, but I do have a comment. The fence around the side yard needs some work if it's meant to keep dogs in: it doesn't. Our dogs found their way out several times, and we had to chase them up the street. It didn't take them but a minute to see it was an easy exit. Other than that, Cedar Grove is now at the top of my list of places I've stayed in Ocracoke.
